During the first half of my career I focused on production and worked part time as an instructor. The second half was a complete shift, moving away from full time studio work and focusing on education. My approach to teaching is to equip students not only with production skills, but life skills. Collaboration, communication and problem solving are at the core of what we do.

Since 2010, I have been involved in re-shaping Vancouver Film School's 3D Animation & VFX Program, as well as, playing a lead role in the design, development and delivery of its new Animation Concept Art Program. Both programs have been tremendously successful earning VFS the designation of Best Animation School in Canada by Animation Career Review.
